I can define myself as a t-shape person. My core competencies include communication skills from shop floor to board room, connecting business and technology. Problem solving resulting from being used to working in fast-paced and dynamic environments. Strategic thinking based on actionable metrics, continuous discovery, negotiating trade-offs among competing objectives. Commercial awareness coming from processes orientation, competitors and market up to date research.

What I do

Programme and Product Manager intersection between business, technology and user experience, for digital multichannel programmes and ecosystems design. I steer, coordinate, design and organise diverse products and delivery activities: scope, time and budget management, sketching, prototyping, MVPs, roadmaps and supplier scouting, development, releases UAT, product life cycle, OKRs. Everything in a wide range of industries: FMCG, Hi-Tech, e-Commerce, Manufacturing, Pharma, Telecoms, Public Sector, and NGO amongst others. Top FTSE 250 global clients. My approach is holistic because take into consideration content, people, processes and maintenance. At same time I introduce experimentation to findout best solution to fit.

Startup

I'm involved in business model validation, MVP definition up to the backlog and features details and the related price strategy. At same time I have fun with marketing guys for the strategy and growth hacking, neverthless I cannot ignore the UX/UI for the user experience.

INDUSTRY E-Commerce TARGET B2C PLATFORM Mobile AT A GLANCE YooX Mirror - Create Your Look born from YNAP R&D prototype for augmented reality. Selecting one avatar or creating a personal one from own picture, the user can surf on YooX wide range of items and dress the avatar creating several looks adding background locations. Each look can be stored and shared. Merchandising staff on weekly base include and remove items for fresh looks. Looks are proposed to the user taking into account their shopping history and wish list. MY ROLE Design and responsible for timeline from R&D prototype to first MVP test and final roll out. Harmonize activities for R&D, Merchandising, UX/UI, Development and Marketing team.

INDUSTRY NGO Non-governmental organization TARGET B2C PLATFORM Desktop AT A GLANCE Save the Children Italy (SCITA) look for CRM strategic solution that enables identification, acquisition and retention of profitable Supporters, Organization's chief asset. Some of the benefits are:

  • Simplify relationship management by bringing together all constituent information into a central location;
  • Save time by sharing information and existing work across the organization, allowing you to reuse effective campaigns, marketing, and service materials rather than creating new ones;
  • Automate and streamline processes by identifying best practices and creating consistent procedures.

MY ROLE Coupling Save the Chidlren International guidelines and Save the Children Australia first CRM project for the Organization with the Customer Engagement Center strategy, I defined the CRM strategy and implementation for SCITA. I intorduce Agile methology in SCITA and create project vision and governance. Project milestones setted are software scouting, system integrator scouting, design solution, build/integration/test, training, deployment and post go live.

INDUSTRY Food&Drink TARGET B2BC PLATFORM Desktop and Mobile AT A GLANCE Myonlybeer is the international faster growing community around the craft breweries and craft beers. MY ROLE I’m supporting with canvas validation, leap of faith and service design.

INDUSTRY Retail TARGET B2B PLATFORMMobile, Desktop AT A GLANCE The Unilever Ice Cream Business seeks to improve service levels, asset utilization and operating efficiency of its Commercial Ice Cream Assets (Freezers/Cabinets/Soft ice machines, ovens and kiosks) at the point of sale. The new structure is centrally coordinated by a Unilever Asset Manager directing 3rd party logistics, storage and repair and maintenance suppliers. All activities are visible within a state of the art CRM system provided by Unilever and integrated with the 3rd party IT systems. The IT system speeds decision making and minimizes handling, paperwork and improves accuracy. Distributors will have access to the Unilever IT system via a web portal. MY ROLE As part of the project management committee I support the new solution business model and assess third party scouting with specific focus on IT and processes. I'm responsible for the prototype implementation, KPIs analysis and following european roll out with direct involvement in France and Nordics.

INDUSTRY E-Commerce TARGET B2C PLATFORMMobile AT A GLANCE One of the crucial part of YNAP transformation programme is native SDK for better performance, consistent look and feel, immediate access to new features and better compliance with app store guidelines. MY ROLE Lead roadmap and implementation for YNAP multibrand and omnichannel solution.

INDUSTRY Automotive TARGET B2BC PLATFORMDesktop and Mobile AT A GLANCE Toyota Motor Europe embarked on a digital transformation journey as part of a broader business transformation. They started moving from a project-based delivery approach to an agile delivery approach. From a technology perspective, they started transforming from a traditional legacy on-premise IT infrastructure to a cloud-based technology platform. The primary goal was to pave the way for seamless omnichannel experiences, both for the end customers and the dealer partners. Toshiko (an Omnichannel Engagement Platform) is revolutionizing the way cars are sold by integrating features that allow for:

  • Industry-leading customer experiences;
  • Enhanced customer analytics;
  • Seamless and transparent transition from offline to online.

MY ROLE When I joined the project I managed the roadmap for the Used Car main stream. Now as Product Ops I aid company’s cross-functional product team to operate as effciently as possible. I’m setting up a system in the product organization to get the right data -both qualitative and quantitative- from the right places into the process for creating better product.
